impacten.net is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide through this website or the contact form.
Data we collect
When you send the project form we collect your name, work email, company, country, timing, project type and message, plus optional website and phone. We also store technical anti-spam signals (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed to deliver the reply and reject abuse. First-party visit, CTA and journey records may include page path, traffic source and campaign parameters. They do not include the form message.
Cookies and similar technologies
On English pages we ask before loading Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel. If you accept, those tools set cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and advertising. If you reject, the contact form still works. An attribution cookie named impacten_attr is set only after marketing consent and lasts 30 days. Consent itself is stored in localStorage as impacten_consent.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics 4 measures page views and events such as form start and generate_lead. Meta Pixel and the Conversions API (CAPI) measure PageView, ViewContent on selected software pages, Contact for WhatsApp, FormStart and Lead after a server-confirmed form submission. Browser Pixel Lead and CAPI Lead share the same event_id so Meta can deduplicate. CAPI sends a hashed email and may include IP, user agent and Meta click identifiers (_fbp/_fbc). Tokens stay on the server.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to handle enquiries and any resulting business or informational relationship. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form.
Retention and security
Contact-form submissions and website tracking records are retained for 12 months, unless a longer period is required by an active commercial relationship, legal obligation or contract. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting info@impacten.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
