How we work

You work directly with the people responsible for the solution. Projects are structured in clear phases, with material changes documented before they affect delivery or cost.

  1. Step 1

    Fit call

    Every engagement starts with a no-obligation fit call. We understand the problem and decide whether IMPACTEN is the right partner.

  2. Step 2

    Discovery and blueprint

    For well-defined needs, we can move directly to a phased proposal. Complex or unclear projects may begin with a paid discovery and blueprint so scope, risks and priorities are clear before development starts.

  3. Step 3

    Build in increments

    We deliver working software in stages, with demonstrations, written progress and room for feedback before the next phase.

  4. Step 4

    Launch and evolve

    Go-live includes rollout and monitoring. Support and evolution continue as the product and the business change. IMPACTEN does not offer a general 24/7 company SLA.

Code and deliverable ownership is defined in each agreement before work begins.

USD is the default for work outside Uruguay. UYU remains available for Uruguayan clients.

We can sign a mutual NDA before detailed discovery, or review your organization’s standard NDA when required.
